A Different Approach to Construction
The services that we offer have been designed to help keep you, the customer, in control of your own construction project. We help you in many ways by facilitating the entire construction process using our knowledge and experience. We do everything a general contractor would do except pay the bills. You retain control of who gets paid, no huge deposits, you keep your money in the bank until it is needed, plus we source multiple quotes on every portion of the project. Nothing gets approved without sign off from both you and mcms.
How it works
Our fee structure is based on a percentage of the total cost to build plus HST. We manage the entire project and trades, but you become your own general contractor and pay the trades. We work for you and manage all aspects of the build.

What we do
We are onsite and active through the entire building process. mcms will apply for all necessary development and building permits, apply for and attend variance applications, product and trade selection (fixtures, flooring, siding, plumbing, etc.), and provide you with regular status reports plus email pictures of progress as requested. mcms puts you in control of how much or how little you want to be involved. Our emphasis is on saving your hard earned money. Better yet, since we live and work in Muskoka – we know the trades and can help source sub trades that are affordable, reputable, and honest.
